For over 25 years, I have worked in various settings helping children, adolescents, and adults cope with depression, anxiety, loss, life transitions, relationship conflicts, and recovery from substance abuse.

My specialty is helping individuals and their families with issues related to loss, separation, and trauma, whether through divorce, death, foster care, sexual abuse, infertility, adoption or other life events.
