Take the Merritt/Wilbur Cross
Parkway North to Exit 61
From the North via Whitney Avenue
Coming from Cheshire or northern Hamden, go South on Whitney Avenue
past Mt. Carmel Avenue (Quinnipiac University), and then continue
another 1/2 mile until you reach Sherman Avenue (at the corner,
on your right, is a Dunkin' Donuts in a small strip of stores).
Take a right onto Sherman Avenue, and take a left into the first
driveway past the first street on the left (a very short distance).
Park in the lot and enter the building (a large house) on the
ground level, right side, coming from the parking lot. Immediately
upon entering the building, take the staircase to your left. At
the top of the staircase the waiting room will be directly in
front of you.
From the South via Whitney Avenue
Coming from New Haven or southern Hamden, go North on Whitney
Avenue past the Route 40 connector exit, and then continue another
3/4 mile until you reach Sherman Avenue (just before the corner,
on your left, is a Congregational Church, and just beyond the
corner, on your left, is a Dunkin' Donuts in a small strip of
stores).
Take a left onto Sherman Avenue, and take a left into the first
driveway past the first street on the left (a very short distance).
Park in the lot and enter the building (a large house) on the
ground level, right side, coming from the parking lot. Immediately
upon entering the building, take the staircase to your left. At
the top of the staircase the waiting room will be directly in

From the North or South via Interstate 91
Get off at Exit 10, which takes you on to the Route 40 connector
highway. Take the connector highway to the end (about 2 miles),
and get into the right lane.
Take a right onto Whitney Avenue (you have no choice if you're
in the right lane), and then continue on Whitney Avenue 3/4 mile
until you reach Sherman Avenue (just before the corner, on your
left, is a Congregational Church, and just beyond the corner,
on your left, is a Dunkin' Donuts in a small strip of stores).
Take a left onto Sherman Avenue, and take a left into the first
driveway past the first street on the left (a very short distance).

From the East
Either get to Route 40 and follow the directions above from Interstate
91, or take any of the many cross streets to Whitney Avenue (e.g.,
Dixwell Avenue, Skiff Street, Route 22, Mt. Carmel Avenue, and
Cook Hill Road) and follow the Whitney Avenue directions above.
From the West
From Woodbridge/Bethany, take the route over the ridge to West
Woods Avenue (if you know it; it's too hard to describe) and then
Whitney Avenue, and then follow the North via Whitney Avenue directions
above.
Take the Merritt/Wilbur Cross Parkway North to Exit 61
At the end of the ramp, take a right onto Whitney Avenue and
follow the South via Whitney Avenue directions above. Sherman
Avenue is about 2 1/2 miles from the exit.
